1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Surf & Zen Villa's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Booking and Reservations

Reservation Process

• All bookings must be made through our official channels
• Reservations are subject to availability
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone
• Guests must be 18 years or older to make a booking
• Valid identification is required upon check-in

Payment Terms

• Full payment may be required at the time of booking
• We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Additional charges may apply for extra services

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Terms

• Free cancellation: Up to 48 hours before check-in
• 50% refund: 24-48 hours before check-in
• No refund: Less than 24 hours before check-in or no-show
• Cancellation requests must be made in writing
• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Code of Conduct

• Respect other guests and staff at all times
• Maintain quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM
• No smoking in indoor areas
• No illegal activities or substances on the premises
• Report any damages or issues immediately
• Follow all safety guidelines and instructions

Property Care

• Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay
• Keep rooms and common areas clean and tidy
• Use facilities responsibly and report any malfunctions
• Respect the natural environment and local wildlife

5. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards
• Early check-in may be available upon request
• Valid photo ID required
• Security deposit may be required
• Room keys and access cards must be returned upon check-out

Check-out

• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Late check-out may be available for an additional fee
• All personal belongings must be removed
• Room inspection will be conducted
• Security deposit will be returned after inspection

6. Services and Activities

Included Services

• WiFi internet access
• Basic housekeeping
• Beach within 10 minutes and equipment storage
• Common area access
• Basic kitchen facilities (where applicable)

Additional Services

• Surf lessons and equipment rental
• Yoga classes and wellness activities
• Local tours and excursions
• Airport transfers
• Laundry services
• Meal plans and cooking classes

7. Liability and Insurance

Limitation of Liability

Surf & Zen Villa's liability is limited to the amount paid for the accommodation. We are not liable for:

• Personal injury or accidents
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Interruption of services due to circumstances beyond our control
• Third-party activities or services

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal belongings, and trip cancellation.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property
